The book has 744 pages with index (20 of these are preface & map layout pages).  The CD has pictures of all the tombstones we could find in the cemetery (~2 GB).  These are sorted by section and then alphabetically within the section.  You can choose either format CD or DVD. 

For those who pre-pay by March 31^st, 2006 you receive the CD/ DVD for free with the purchase of your book. 

Otherwise the costs are as follows:
